Recorded in Lancashire, Yorkshire and Nottingham. Released via Cardinal Fuzz (UK) and Echodelik Records (US). Limited vinyl release of 100 copies.

First solo record from the former guitarist in UK psych-rock-folk act Wolf People. Inspired by a session with friend Alex Crispin from Baron/Diagonal (two of the tracks featured here are improvised first-takes from that meeting), “Rest Lessness” is an archive of recording every day, attempting to weave the process around work and family life.

Blimey, this one blindsided me. Realised how much I missed this man's axework but also just how much his grubby fingerprints are all over his old band. Irrespective, this is phenomenal creative work and needs to be heard by so many more people. Have started dropping the Human Hand name in many a promoters ear...fingers crossed :) and thank you for such an unexpectedly inspirational sonic journey Farold Haltermeyer
